Serving Opportunities
There are many ways to get involved at The Gathering as a volunteer. We have created various teams and ministries that will help you find a place to serve and use your passions and gifts for God. We think you'll find that the time you invest will offer returns in new friendships, spiritual growth, and personal satisfaction through seeing the impact you can make.
WELCOME TEAM
These servants have the special privilege of being the first to meet our Sunday guests! Their goal: to help guests feel comfortable and welcomed while introducing them to our church. Commitment: Bi-Weekly. Team Leader: Faith Hailey

FIRST IMPRESSIONS
Do you want to help us make the best first impression for our guests and members each Sunday? This group prepares the space we worship in by setting up/breaking down chairs, pipe & drape and ministry tables each week. Commitment: Bi-Weekly. Team Leader: Brian Hailey

GATHERING KIDS
If you have a passion to share God’s love with little ones, this is your team. They minister to the children of The Gathering through Bible stories, singing and other activities. (Must be a participating member of The Gathering | background and reference checks required). Commitment: Bi-Weekly. Team Leader: Dustin & Christina Hite

TECH TEAM
Do you enjoy creating sights and sounds? This team runs the lights, video and sound on Sundays, and they are definitely techie friendly. Commitment: Bi-Weekly. Team Leader: Jamey Plumley

If you sing or play an instrument, help this team of musicians inspire us to passionately honor God through music.(Audition Required).
Commitment: Practice one evening a week and Sundays prior to service.
